BC-RTC is here to foster the dreams of Elite Athletes whose ambitions are inlign with our mission Aspiring to reach the highest form of oneself. Understanding the importance of developing values that consist of courage, humility, and perseverance, coupled with developing an attitude that radiates accountability, respect, and commitment.
In accordance with achieving this mission, BC-RTC helps develop the skills necessary to BC-RTC athletes to support career aspirations by donating a variety of resources. We value our sport and want to ensure their dreams in becoming coaches and mentors are achieved.
